It is easiest to get to Key West by flying directly into Key West International Airport (EYW).

You can also fly into into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA) and rent a car to drive to Key West.

If you decide to fly into FLL or MIA, it is best to make the drive at night or right away in the morning.

The Overseas Highway (while beautiful) is on a single-lane highway. It can take anywhere from 3-6 hours to drive to Key West depending on traffic.

Once you arrive in Key West, it is extremely easy to Uber, bike, walk or scooter around town. All of the weekend's activities will be within walking distance.

There is limited parking on the island, so we do not recommend renting a vehicle or traveling in by car.
