BARS

If you have never been to Key West, go ahead and make the obligatory trip to Sloppy Joe's, Hogs Breath Saloon and Irish Kevin's Pub.

Key West has a lot of fun spots for live music. It is walkable, so easy to put together a crawl of sorts! Our favorite nights in Key West have included hopping from spot to spot and meeting some interesting people!

Our 'Bar Rotation' Recs

Lagerheads Beach Bar: Kerryann proposed to Meg here at sunset. Understated spot to grab a cold can/cocktail on the beach with amazing views of sunset.

The Green Parrot: Old school saloon bar with pool, darts and live music.

801 Bourbon Bar: Last time here, we played bingo with a man dressed as the Pope. Drag shows upstairs nightly!

Sunset Tiki Bar at the Galleon Resort: Epic sunsets. Great Happy Hour. A little off the beaten path. Live music at times. Super chill.

Captain Tony's Saloon: Old-school watering hole, vintage Key West.

Schooner Wharf Bar: Live music. Happy hour and late night spot with dockside views.

Conch Republic: Also listed under restaurants - a great spot to grab a drink wharf-side.

Key Lime Pie Time

Kermit's Key Lime Pie Shop: Our personal favorite. Meg loves the white chocolate covered Key Lime Pie on a stick.

Blue Heaven: Known for the massive meringue topping.

Salute: Serves Blue Heaven Key Lime Pie on the beach.

The White Tarpon Bar: If you aren't up for dessert, this serves a delicious key lime martini on the wharf.
